Located in the Dead Sea area, just off the road leading to the King Hussein Convention Center, this parcel of land offers beautiful views of this unique and historic landscape. Al-Muwathaba have purchased, subdivided, and are in the process of building the required infrastructure for twelve (12) private villa lots. Our aim is to introduce renewable power and water solutions at this site. Sales will begin in Q2, 2022.
Renewable Energy Solutions

Al Muwathaba is in the early stages of a collaboration with Clean Industry Solutions Holding (CISH), a Swedish-listed company with holdings in Germany. These holdings include German engineering companies Industrial Solar GmbH and Solar Spring GmbH. The objective of this collaboration is to develop and utilize sustainable energy and water solutions for the residential and the industrial market in the region.

Our vision is to merge blockchain technology with real estate transactions via smart contracts. This will streamline the documentation processes and reduce related costs. We are also conducting research and development into data center energy efficiency and security.
