About Us
AL MUWATHABA ASPIRES TO BE A LEADER IN SUSTAINABLE LAND AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT IN JORDAN AND THE MIDDLE EAST.
OUR GOAL IS TO BRING PIONEERING APPROACHES, IN CONSTRUCTION AND SUSTAINABLE ENERGY SOLUTIONS, FOR THE RESIDENTIAL MARKET IN JORDAN AND BEYOND.
Founded in 2019, Al Muwathaba is expanding it's presence on the Jordanian market. Having entered a joint venture with Clean Industry Solutions Holding out of Germany in 2021, we are on our way to advance our intent of sustainable development. Al Muwathaba keeps your comfort and your carbon footprint in mind.
Our three business areas include land development, renewable energy solutions and information technology and security.
Al Muwathaba is part of Assindia Group, a private holding company based in Sweden, with real estate operations and venture capital investments in the United States and Europe.
